UNITE FOR A GOOD OUTCOME
The GATS Pilots
We have 8 pilots integrated into the Operator, trained to work in the search for people or in any emergency, with extensive experience and theoretical-practical knowledge for the management of our UAS, they are also trained to monitor volunteers or work for means of digital cartography from any PMA, reach their optimal level with the overcoming of 50 hours of training, and 5 modules of different subjects.
Once the theoretical-practical training period is over, they obtain the UAS pilot wings of the AGCS, which certifies them as UAS-SAR Pilots of this Operator.

- EMERGENCIES IN GRANADA AND ITS PROVINCE: There was a Collaboration Agreement on emergencies with Drones, with the Sub-delegation of the Government of Granada, it has ceased to exist since October 2021 as this is how we were informed by that Institution, summoning you to carry out the same with officials from the Junta de Andalucía. and in the catalog of its resources.
- CATALOG OF EXTERNAL RESOURCES: We are part of several catalogs of external resources, if it is an Institution belonging to the FFCCSE, Civil Protection, Firefighters, 112, etc. The person in charge of the Emergency must contact URGENTLY by telephone with the Association, in this way we will be able to carry out the security studies and request the necessary authorizations to carry out the flights or operations with total security for all.
CIVIL PROTECTION
- Law 17/2015, of July 9, of the Civil Protection System, establishes in its art. 7bis Duty of collaboration: Citizens and legal entities are subject to the duty to collaborate, personally or materially, in civil protection, in the event of a request from the competent Authority in accordance with the provisions of art. 30.4 of the Constitution and in the terms of this Law.
- As the Civil Protection powers are transferred to the different CCAAs, as well as to the different Town Halls, within their municipal terms and always with respect to the interventions that they had to carry out according to their respective emergency plans. It must be these, the CCAA and/or Town Halls that may require the help of our Association in case of need if they consider it appropriate, even when they have Civil Protection volunteers, and/or components of the FFCCSE are involved, destined nearby or at the scene of the event with their own means

- ALLIANCES We have contact with other Associations specialized in the search for people, both alive and dead, who use dogs or other means, some of them are prepared to work together with our media, this makes us even more effective.
V SEARCH AND RESCUE -SAR-
AGCS, is authorized as a UAS Operator by the AESA based on the new European regulations, and can also carry out non-EASA operations, among which are rescue operations, among others, its pilots are in possession of the theoretical and practical knowledge , for Advanced UAS pilots, VLOS-BVLOS and has current civil liability insurance.
AGCS is an external State resource that the National Center for the Disappeared of the Ministry of the Interior makes available to the FFCCSE.
We have 8 trained Pilots in our Operator, and 5 Aircraft. some of them equipped with a thermographic camera, or a hook to move loads
We have a mini underwater inspection submarine, equipped with spotlights with the capacity to operate at a distance of 200 meters or depth, with the adaptation of a rescue tripod, inspections of holes or wells with water or vertical dry can be carried out, this system sends image in real time inside, as well as a metal detector to search for objects.
We have a metal detector, which is essential in the search for personal belongings, telephony, etc. Its use is authorized by the Cultural Assets Service of the Junta de Andalucía
Our working method has been developed based on the experience acquired and the continuous practices that we carry out. We are trained to manage any emergency from the outset, we are prepared to trace routes, sectorize search areas, control volunteers, and issue technical certificates of the operations carried out to those responsible and directors of the operation.

APP SEEKING LIFE
We have our own APP for phones with Android system, in which all the volunteers of any search are monitored, with this system we know where each one of them is, the route they have taken and if they have returned to the WFP at the end of the search, so we will know if the assigned areas have been reviewed correctly; or, on the contrary, it will have to be done again, all this information is dumped on a previously prepared digital map, leaving it at the disposal of the emergency manager.
HOW WE WORK
We have a modern Activation Manual, which has been drawn up on the ground and developed in real cases, and which is improved in each of the operations we carry out, we learn from mistakes and experience.
Once we are aware of any disappearance in which we could collaborate, we activate our internal Alert, the number of available pilots is studied and how many resources are available, other organizations with which we work are activated if necessary and the offer of means to the Authority or Emergency Manager, if they agree that we become part of the device, a study of the area begins to request the flight authorizations that may correspond in their case, once this is done, the pilots travel to the area of action to be placed under the instructions of the Manager, if sufficient personnel are available, an own PMA will be set up to carry out the Air operations and from where the intervening pilots and the work they carry out will be controlled; "we have been able to manage 9 pilots in the same operation", developing new work methods that simplify any search device, although our capacity will be limited to the number of colleagues who can attend, because the Administration still does not understand that we can abandon work to start carrying out rescue work.
RESOURCES DISAPPEARANCE OF PERSONS
It is very important to contact specialized associations at the moment of the disappearance, they will be able to advise you and implement tools for rapid dissemination through social networks, the press and television, it has been shown that the dissemination of images is very effective in the first moments, therefore our advice is to contact as soon as possible, remember, .. time is running out and it is necessary to take steps that are effective.

Do you have a UAS operator registered in Non-EASA Operations and do you want to collaborate in case of need in your Province, or even in others? fill out the form and we will make your data available to the Emergency Managers, in a public list that is constantly updated, the objective is to have resources available in case of need; you must take into account the following:
- Search and Rescue work, among others, is considered by AESA as Specialized Air Operations, so they will be carried out only by Operators authorized to do so in NON-EASA operations. New specialized air operations will be undertaken in the general interest by or on behalf of a body vested with public authority.
- The Law in its art.44 and in relation to the duty of collaboration of citizens before situations of serious risk, catastrophe or public calamity, the public authorities responsible for the management of such situations require the collaboration of authorized OPERATORS authorized to carry out SEARCH AND RESCUE tasks, they may carry out flights that do not comply with the conditions and limitations set forth in RD 1036/17, in case of doing so in controlled airspace, veil information areas, etc., the operator must previously contact the corresponding air traffic service provider... (It is very important to read article 44.1) since it regulates the damages suffered by the operators, and the obligation of the authority to establish coordination measures between the different intervening air means
